MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) is an online portal for parents that enables them to view their child’s performance and send messages to school in real-time via the MCAS app or a web browser.

You can download the MCAS app via the following app stores:

The facility allows the child’s attendance, grades, homework, assessment, exams, timetable, class list, behaviour, reports and announcements to be accessed whenever the parent/carer wants, 24/7. As well as pupil performance data, the portal also provides general information about school, such as the school calendar and any important announcements. The service also displays if a teacher records your child attending an after-school session. Some of these features are not yet active but they will be added over time.

New Users

You can now set up your new parent account (email address and password) directly from the Parent Login screen. You will need to select the Sign Up link. In the Parent Sign Up screen you will need to enter the school’s postcode (SK7 5JX) or school ID (13503) to see the school and select from the dropdown. Clicking Continue prompts you to enter an email address and then click Sign Up.

Once complete, you will see the message ‘To complete your registration, we have sent an email to the email address you provided. Please access your email and follow the steps to create your password‘. You will then receive an email with a link to a one time passcode.

After verifying the code in the link you will be asked to create a password for the account. You will then be able to login with your email address and password.

New Users

Create a password for your new MCAS account. If you are using the service for the first time, you will receive a welcome email please click on “Create Password for your new MCAS account” this is where you will create your new password.

If you have not received a welcome email please contact the school. All parents require a valid email address to use this service.
